JLA, the Attorney General for New York is suing the Bush Administration concerning the new pollution rules of the EPA. Pataki supports the suit. Do you support Pataki or Bush in this dispute? Whose side are you on?

Yes, no man is above the law. Those in the grip of the heady drug of power bear more watching than most. The unfortunate fact is that many of our most powerful people in the military, law enforcement, legislative and executive branches of government have systematically bent and broken the law with near impunity. That doesn't excuse Clinton's foolish, immoral and unlawful cover up. Power is a dangerous thing.
