I think the American people should be told by Bush that it will take a very long time - as long as five years at a very large cost. Bush has not leveled with the public on the time and cost. He has also not leveled with the public about the budget deficit.

Bush is getting ready to declare victory and then cut and run. Once the oil contracts are secure and a puppet government is installed, time to dump this turkey and leave the Iraqis to fend for themselves.
