No...the Clinton/Gore recession has been exacerbated and extended by 9/11 and the wars.....it is slowly turning around...economic indicators are looking good for 2004..... It is uniwse to focus on deficit reduction while fighting a war and recovering from the recession, etc....as I stated there will be time to address the issue in Bush's seocnd term.....time is not of the essence as for over 40 years when the pinheads controlled the Congress we ran deficits ......
