The facts developed show that an connection between AlQuaida and Iraq was more likely than not...under the Bush Doctrine, the US will not wait to prove threats exist with metaphysical certainty....we make reasonable inferences and act accordingly...in this case given the historic ties of Iraq to global terror....and the refusal of Iraq to come clean with the UN..it was a good decision.....
