There's so many ways out of it, it's sick. Not in my experience. It's a tricky project to complete in a flawless manner. Do you have any idea of the downside if things go wrong?? Put together even a basic failure mode analysis of the move and you will see you have to keep the lot of them motivated. You don't want unhappy campers in a move like this. Oh noooo. Of course all sorts of high flying executives might tell you otherwise, but they're the ones who deliver X10 cost overuns.... with all sorts of excuses and "whos to blame" etc -g-
