"If that's your prime objective, and it would seem it is yours, then that would be the logical thing to do." Sorry I can't relate to your logical premise at all. I would like to see confidence raised in the justice system by having the expectations within and about the justice system be improved. I know this is reeeeeallly an extreme thing to say but my goals would be improvements that led the employees of the justice system to expect people to tell the truth and for people who risked lying to expect to be in deep doo when/if false witnessing is detected.
