he did it voluntarily, the same as his cashing in his warrants, so there couldn't be an issue of conflict of interest.

True.. But he was "required" by his critics and the media to take those actions. I remember the controversy about his energy "connections" and how he opted to counter that line of attack by voluntarily divesting..

However, I don't think he would have done so without that criticism.. And I wouldn't blame him..
