You have two choices. Sell and leave the State or stay and see your price go down.

there's no free ride. remember in your lifetime this is zero sum game. someone is going to take your money after you earn it, you dont know who it's going to be, but i would almost guarentee it's not our heirs that's going to get the lion's share of your inheritance.
