Well....... our problem isn't that we are undertaxed. We spend (spent) too much. Just about every bond put on the ballot passes, like it's free money.

Fortunately, I don't live in LA. The city I live in is clean.

I suspect that Utah doesn't have the social med-i-cal benefits that we have. Costs us lots of money to provide all that to anyone that can prove they "need" it.... whether they are state residents or not.
