don't know about that one, but I have a real problem with afree market system that really isn't a free market system because of things like the Davis Bacon Act that is involved in price fixing for construction wages for construction contracts for the Government. Whats ironic is that the Federal government will actually prosecute private enterprise for collusion and price fixing while the congress goes ahead and legally fixes constructin labor prices for Government constructon contracts!
