I was surprised that more play wasn't given on this thread to the bombing in Najaf. We seem to be having major car bombs at a rate of one in a little over 10 days. And the targets are the same. The Jordanian Embassy, the U.N. headquarters and Ayatollah Hakim all had one thing in common, they were high profile cooperators with the CPA. The message may be dimly perceived here, but I’m sure it’s received “loud and clear” in Iraq.

Yes, JohnM is a bit like you. Leans so far left he's almost
horizontal & he can't be objective about his politics even
if he looks foolish attempting to defend the indefensible.
He's more of an elitist while you are an OC poster of
