Hope you don't mind me butting in but just read a great article on technicals and at the end he addresses the issue of an exit strategy. This is very similar to mine.

I don't know and I don't care too much. I have found the balance point that is comfortable for me. I was also somewhat serious when I previously mentioned that I need a break from trading. It's been non-stop since March and I was getting a little too glued to the short term action.
