Have i got a deal for you. Here is my deal with France Sent 10000 fully armed troops with support to Iraq and you will get $1 bil in oil field contracts if your bids are no higher than low bid +15%. 5000 would be assigned to guard the oil fields, and 5000 to guard the UN, RC, banks, and famous mosques The US will provide the needed power, roads, water, and temp housing i.e. the basics. Prove your capabilities by keeping the oil production facilities safe from terrorists and looters for 60 days. You will then be placed on a list of approved Nations and in line to bid on other contracts administered by the new Oil Minister of Iraq. ( Note: If you are planning to do extensive work on oil fields for Iraq, it would be most useful if you provide support for your own workers, and this would be excellent experience) You will be responsible for the safety of your own personnel, but in some events the Iraqi forces under US supervision will provide support if major conflicts or raids occur.
