For each fine young American that dies an American family is destroyed. Bush will not allow full UN participation -- he does not want to lose control of the oil fields. But as for the Iraqi people, they will be abandoned. Bush went into Iraq on a pack of lies. He cannot serve Dick Cheney if he does not get re-elected. They will declare victory and then cut and run - the writing is already on the wall. They will leave behind a puppet government and enough force to ensure that the oil contracts they sign now do not unravel and that future contracts are written on Washington's terms.
