Morning Sergio Freebird has only been gone a week and a changed man already!!? LOL Glad that he is enjoying himself and know that Momma will gloat over him for the long weekend. <GGGGGGG> BLTI: read between the lines of the press release. Last Q. they made 650k plus in net profit and will take a 500k charge for professional fees associated with the "putting the problem behind them" I'd bet that this next Q. has a nasty loss to it. Why did it cost 500k to get a opinion from the SEC..seem a bit pricey, maybe part of it was for the secondary filing? Somethings not right. I agree Barron's will not do the stock any good on Tues. either. I like the merger site. Hope to see our CDIC on it one day.. Have a great weekend with the fam. Ken
