Kindly provide the 5 main ingredients of this campaign as stated by the Administration with some references.
I think it involves getting the oil production back to speed, to set up an Iraqi government, train a police force, and to hunt down Saddams supporters, to gain support from other countries
. Things of that nature.
I do not remember any specific time table, detailed cost estimate, or casualty estimates being made, since those are variables of unknown magnitude.
No mention of getting the Iraqis to like us better or to convert them from the Muslim religion.
If the Administration achieves their goals but not the ones you have in mind, is that still an unwinnable campaign?
