The "musloms", in their media, portray us, in exactly the same way we habitually portray them. When you recoil in horror from articles like that, it's yourself who is the monster in the mirror, because articles like that are just the mirror-image of our own press.

Our media constantly portrays the "muzlums" as vicious, demented, violent, hateful, faces constantly twisted in hatred, terrorists and fanatics who glorify death.

What goes around, comes around.

That's quite an amazing essay. Hits a lot of high points. Native Americans wiped out to the last man, Iraqi corpses disemboweled, noses cut off, eyes gouged out, countries plundered and annihilated, but only after we had been dragged like a floor rag through the Vietnamese swamps.

Nothing like the calm voice of reason, is there?
