Ray, I would not be in the slightest surprised if ALL
of the Enron trials were delayed for a host of reasons:

--Super Bowl
--NBA playoffs
--Phases of the moon unsympathetic
--lack of babysitters for some of the principals

UNTIL after the November elections of 2004.

There is such a thing as "damage control" is there not?

And it has been working pretty well to now.

Except for that nasty Bankruptcy Court examiner, but nobody was interested in that boring stuff were they.......?

The fix in in on this one, I would say. And Lay is no doubt pure as driven snow....

And Skilling.....well how could he know all the little details in a big company, right.

God Bless America!

Namaste!

Jim
