Hey
they all have plots missy.
I figured you might be reading. I know you don't like movies much, but I thought you liked to read- or do I have you mixed up with someone else?

Girl with a Pearl Earring was very entertaining- I also liked Girl in Hyacinth Blue. And Cold Mountain? Great book. All the Pretty Horses wasn't really my cup of tea- but it was a good book. Ship Fever is fabulous- one of the best collections of stories I've ever read- only one story I didn't like. Icy Sparks is fantastic. I couldn't put that down. In The Heart of the Sea- the Tragedy of the Whaleship Essex I read last year. Wonderful book- would make a great paring with Moby Dick- since the Essex's experience is what Melville used for Moby.
Bee Season was intense and interesting. Very weird little book- but excellent. I think I read that last year too. I think you might like Yellow Raft in Blue Water also.
