Update: Asian Tracker premiums & CEF

Bit off topic but an area but some may be interested and it might tell tales about where we are headed general equity wise.....

Premiums to NAV
TDF (Chinese and HK tracker) - 3.14% (best performer last week coming up from a recent discount to NAV. Watch for realignment lower for HK dollar with slight upward move for the yuan)
etfconnect.com

CHN (Chinese more high tech tracker) - 14.4% (has had trouble now at 28)

TTF (Thailand tracker) - 12.77% (new 52 week high close Friday.)

JOF (small cap Japanese tracker) 17.71%

and CEF (gold and silver bullion fund) - 13.21% (thinking this might be the better buy over miners.)

All these premiums are in contrast to significant discounts when the items were lower in price...Says to me we're a little rich....and that the Yuan / Snow story may be well on its way to being short term discounted in the market...
