Well being I've not put it in service, and my old set is what I'm still
using also I can re-install XP even after I blow it away.
I'm likely going to see how 98 runs on the new set.

It seems to me XP is checking the program I want to run then
looking at it's resources to see if it can do it..before it
even gets started.
----
All in all disk R/W is the big speed limit, and with 98
I at least know how to limit the disk R/W.
If I can set the Disk Swap size on XP to not change
I'll give it a try, but so far I don't know how to do that.
