hdl, I will echo the cry of "there should be". Even in the case of petty crimes, those that aid, abet, and support, the criminals, are punished, by law, and mass murder is far from a "petty" crime. The punishment for those that call the muderers of 9/11, and other acts of murderous terrorism, heroes, should be severely punished, In my personal opinion.
