LOL. But seriously I won't be surprised if there is a medium-scale trade war happens bet. the US and China. Because this 5% is not what the US manufactures look for, and what they want is at least 15%, and China definitely won't budge for that. Adding the factor that the coming year is election year, I think Bush will scapegoat China for his election.
