There is no longer any convincing evidence that Resolute Funds is selling.

In previous months, tracking FA, Anonymous and Lightyear was a fairly reliable method of establishing what Resolute was doing. The posted figures were accurate.

However, FA and Lightyear have been relatively light traders since the release of Pennsaid sales figures.

In fact, the share price has stabilized, and the selloff appears to have stopped.

What follows is speculation.

It has been suggested that a major bone of contention between many large players and RK was the issue of communicating Pennsaid sales figures.

If the rumored communication with Tom Stanley did occur, it was probably a statement on RK's part that DMX was working to get the sales figures out ASAP. That in itself (not any selective disclosure of privileged info) may have been what caused the 900K wall to be lifted.

Anonymous figured heavily in buying and selling after the sales figures were announced. It may be that Resolute's position, by the time the next report comes out, will be unchanged.

As posted earlier, "The next report from Resolute will clarify these figures."

At present, there just doesn't seem to be any downward pressure at all.

Ya gotta like it.
