E,

I did not say "would rather" as a replacement for "want".
The two have completely different meanings. It would be simplification to assume they do not. If I meant "want" I would have said "want".
It is actually the simple-mindedness of bush that is the problem. Rather than deal with the complexity of the issue he resorted to simple blackmail.
Pointing out that shrub has dealt with the issue this way does not mean that I do not "see life less simply"

Well often cowards post with handles. I donot. Why would I say the soul of the dem party is rotten and vile. What demonstrates that?

It's quite simple, I visited democrats.org Can one argue that the words one finds at democrats.org the official site of dems does not represent the soul or mind of the democrat party.

In that official site you will find all or many of those things that Mike Cummings spoke of.

Now feel free to demonstrate how my statement as an individual about that group is in error.

Mike made the point that republicans would not be likely to make those kind of statements. In fact you will not find any such statements coming from the administration of PRESIDENT GEORGE W. BUSH. And you will not find drag behind the truck scummy attacks on the dems on official Republican party sites.
