Gold / Dow ratio - tettering at 25 stockcharts.com[l,a]wacaynay[de][pb40!b10!f]&pref=G Speaking of charts and T/A I found those on Saavy Investor to be worthy of a study... saavycharts.info If all the conversation on the gold boards is any indication, I expect Russell's 33% gold and related admonishment to his flock to get picked up by the financial press on Tuesday. That is somewhat worrisome in and of itself, and comes together with what I regard as a pretty ugly stick put in on Friday, divergent to gold, about which I have have expressed concerns earlier this weekend. Gold Corp’s action was even worse - bearish engulfing on rising volume. One has to be concerned that we'll see the public get sucked in right here just before a scary retracement, and taught another lesson about buying gold and mining stocks. ....Rather hoping the CABAL can engineer a retreat in the gold price in Asian and European trade before our markets reopen so it and the miners won't blow off prematurely.... Tough little spot right here, but aren't they always...Gold looks like it wants to go pretty quickly to $400-25 looking at the weekly chart....and the HUI looks like it needs a rest.
