Hello Haim, I am looking at this chart cairns.net.au sent by a friend.

He worked within a private partnership in many successive financial houses (GS, MS, CSFB, ...) managing money for some of the top families in SEASia, and is now early retired at a beach. He points out to notice how the chart was useful in illustrating the old option trade they used to do. Gold has real trouble going above 700-720 A$ per ounce.

He says, "So effectively you can sell calls on gold struck above A$ 700 without undue worry on a historical basis. For that matter, it looks like selling puts at A$ 400- 450 is fairly safe too"

Gold is now at AUD 579, in the middle, but of course ;0/
