Because Clinton and Gore haven't been in office for three years, your suggestion, Ish, that I critique "their" energy plan is just silly, I'm sure you will agree. I want to see a Bush energy plan that first, acknowledges that both the president and vice-president engaged in fraud with Enron to manipulate the deregulated energy market for ill-gotten personal gains. From there, I want to see bills that 1) make illegal gas hog vehicles such as the Hummer; 2) force automobile manufacturer to develop hydrogen- and other alternative fule-powered vehicles; 3) regulate the electric and water industries ...
