Clancy Systems International, Inc. Signs with Jacksonville TUESDAY, AUGUST 19, 2003 11:04 AM - BusinessWire DENVER, Aug 19, 2003 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Clancy Systems International, Inc. (CLSI) , today announced it has been awarded a contract by the City of Jacksonville, Fla., for a comprehensive parking citation issuance and processing system. The program, which shall commence in September, will give Jacksonville a complete program for issuing tickets, processing payments and enforcement. Sixteen officers will be using the new equipment on the streets. Ticket payments will be scanned through high-speed processing equipment for accuracy. In other news, the Company has reported its most profitable quarter ever in its third quarter filing with the Securities and Exchange commission on August 14, 2003. "While the Company has shown a profit for most periods since it began, this latest quarter has been exceptional. The revenues are based on normal business operations and not from unusual revenue recognition or other adjustments," remarked Stanley Wolfson, Clancy President.
