I don't understand something here...

>"Three former members of Solucorp Industries' management have lost a case bought by the United States Securities and Exchange Commission...

...Mr. Kemprowski and Mr. Mantia have both been permanently banned by the SEC against serving as directors or officers for any public company"

And in the same paragraph, it says...

>"A final judgment has not yet been entered in this case."

So, they lost the case and have been banned for life, but the "final" judgement hasn't been entered yet? I'm not sure what that means. Are they banned in the next life too?

Plus, "Stockwatch" needs a better copy editor... "lost a case bought by the United States Securities and Exchange Commission." How much did they buy it for?

Like everything else with this stock... Something smells rotten.

Guess it really isn't even "new" data at this point in the game.

And guess that Hawkeye has finally gotten his answer to the question "What Did Solucorp do??????"

Answer---absolutely nothing.........................

They only made it look like they were doing a whole bunch.

Glad to see you guys are still hanging around a bit.
