All the suggestions are stupid and would no nothing to solve any problems. When real work has to done, you call in the experts. If you want a bigger mess that is more dangerous call in the politically driven UN immediately on their terms of EGO. Your post is a talker never done identification event cue. If you have never coached a team to a gold medal or even an improvement from season to season or trained a crew on an open ocean racing yacth or some similar complex teamwork driven task in competition it is just not likely you have a clue about how dumb you post was.
