Agree with that quehubo! Perhaps we citizens should all be reporters and call both the police departments to find out some of the harm done BY and also done TO drug users. Society continues to foot the bills, if the insurance companies haven't. Call the insurance companies for property, auto, boats, and medical! If everyone here did that, the reports would be staggering!

One in 10 gets an addiction to something.

For the others, using alcohol or drugs temporarily makes one stupid, or can cause them to become murderers, as in car accidents.

There is no such thing as casual harmless drug use.
