Let's hope so, Mike. A one party system would turn the country over to the Social Conservatives. Both parties are now aware that Capitalism is the only workable economic system. The Repubs much more than the Dems, who are still stuck with the refugee socialists.

The right split, to me, is the social conservatives vs the Social Libertarians. With both parties advocating the same economic system.
