Instead of a link to that quote which you would probably then just find fault with why don't you read this 34 page report by the Cato Institute on the governments Total Information Awareness program that shows what he said is true. It's common knowledge that such a program exists. We even know it was run by the criminal Poindexter until recently when he was replaced because he became an embarrassment to the government.
