You certainly can't, much as you would like to, hold Bush responsible for the Clinton bubble bursting. The break occurred before he even had the nomination. Bill and Alan built that thing, not George. And anyone who knows anything about markets knew it was going to burst, the only question was when. And when one of those things bursts, there's a lot of wreckage left behind. Considering that that thing was of the same order of magnitude as '29, we aren't doing that badly at all.

Come on, Lizzie, let's be fair about this, not partisan.
