ss, $2 billion for electricity sounds cheap when we're spending $4 billion a month without electricity. The clean water sounds tough at $16 billion.

I am still surprised that Cheney won't name the names of the folks he met with on energy plan formations. I don't think it's a sin to talk to energy cos. It makes sense. You don't have to do everything they say, but you should hear their ideas. The secrecy is what I don't get. These are basically American CEOs, not Osama or somebody like that.
