some polls say that but not all. This recall is impossible to poll apparently. They are signing up voters in malls like mad, because this is an election everybody wants to vote in vs. the abysmal voter turnout we usually have when Davis vs. Simon is on the menu. If McClintock doesn't endorse Arnold and the conservatives are cool to him then it will be tough though. Republicans are swimming upstream here. People do not like Bush and his energy ties, and the social conservatives put every woman off in the state it seems like. But we really don't know how things will turn out. The thing is, if Bustey wins, we are no worse off really. That is the way I look at it. I would prefer a fresh face though. The guy who could really fix things is Uberroth actually.
