Here's the newest satellite image, taken at 6:00pm your time.

Notice that the storm has moved closer to Hong Kong, and that the eye is now clearly visible in the imagery. The eye appears to be widening, which would likely mean that the storm may be diminishing in intensity, but it's still classified as a category 4 storm. The eye itself is about 125 km (or so) away from Hong Kong, but the intense squally outer bands are only about 50 km (or so) away, so 8:00pm is a good approximation of arrival. The forecasted track of the storm takes it into the Pearl River Estuary, west of Hong Kong Island, and eventually into Guangdong province.
