A very good friend's son had the same experience. He worked for Cantor and just happened to be late for work that morning. When he came up out of the subway the first thing that greeted him as he looked up in the sky was a falling body. His written account made me cry as I read it to my children. I wanted them to hear a first hand account from that day so that they would grasp the importance of what had happened. My youngest couldn't stand it and went out on the porch and cried. It turns out a good friend from High School was in tower #1 when the first plane hit. Thank God he got out safely. Both of my sons took this quite hard.......they don't have much patience for bleeding heart liberals either.

His liberal friends told him he would never teach in another college

Leave it to the libs to eat their own.

What compassion?
