A shame Spain doesn't want any more of his oh-so-great leadership - Aznar lost to Socialists (led by Jose Luis Rodriguez Zapatero) in the May 2003 elections. BOTH on municipal AND regional elections.

Wonder why... Oh wait, wasn't it Aznar who defied Spanish public opinion in backing the US-led invasion of Iraq?

Tax cuts maketh not a "great leader". They maketh not even a reelection, Haim. Great leaders generally do things in line with their publics' world view.

Oh and by the way, "falling interest rates" in Eurozone are hardly "great leadership" on Aznar's part...
