j robert venables, Hi Robert! I get the impression, including your observation, that there is considerable very short term trading interest in the market today. Like some folks came back all frisky from summer vacation, ggg. I'm in very short term mode myself with about a third of portfolio, rest I'm letting ride for now. That would have been a nice quick profit in CDE, but too quick for me. BTW, besides the standard stop loss shakeout, those folks may also be dipping toes and testing the waters before jumping in.
