The insiders that hold more than 25% of the stock and institutions that hold about 65% of the float have reportedly been buying lately. There is a good short position (about 19% of the float, good for 2 weeks trading volume.<g>) The stock has been selling around 0.6 of book and 0.4 of sales. During the 2nd Q it spent about $17M in "advertising", to launch its premium "Infone" service.
