Stocks go up easily with glitzy news; the question will be who are TELMs customers (if any), and then from the S-4 filign I drew the conclusion that there will be mostly (if not exclusively) Zhone business after the merger; at the same time TELM execs will cash in and call it quits. I considered the bounce at this time as being technical. TELM traded quite ahead of 1 at the time of the zhon announcement. As I said earlier, TELM/ZHNE may be good for a sort of technical reaction following the merger (the newly issued stock will be locked up) but this makes me not buying it. AVNX was an nice trade in the short run.
