That's a good question. Do you suppose there is such a class of folks? And if so, is it distinct from the class of folks who are overly concerned about being labeled any other kind of bigot?

Perhaps the same thing as people who have an abnormal fear of being called racist, or sexist, or male chauvinistic pig, or even, for Heaven's sake, liberal.
