The real question is who knows how to find the mineral. Everyone tells you they know, but the record shows that few know that get the money to look. If were hiring geos, I would hire the field guys I know who have worked for others and who know what they are doing. The guys who spend their time gathering money can only do that. They are two different jobs. If you are a field techie and spend your time in the bush, your company can get trashed behind your back, if the money people are not in your camp solidly. This makes a junior company either a well oiled team, where labour is divided well, or a disjointed effort that is doomed to fail. EC<:-}
