It's true. Aside from Powell, none of this administration has any combat experience. Might be the reason that Powell was the lone dissenter in pushing this nation to war. While these guys are not stupid, they have failed to see the folly of a unilateral war, with out following the best advice they had. That of Powell and the Powell doctrine. I think their first problem was in creating a well defined mission. Then they confused the issues of Al Qaeda and Iraq. If they have a mission, they have failed to articulate it to the American People. In this respect, Kerry's combat experience could be useful indeed. Orca
