All my indicators tell me that the market is overvalued here. But, don't fight the trend and stand in the way of momentum. I think the markets are sensing that the American economy is finally going to recover later this year and into next. The big money is back. They'll definitely be a chance to short, but wait until the momo shows signs of subsiding.

The high cost of construction may have an impact on the economy. The cost of building a $100,000 home will go up 40-60% if the costs don't stop rising. This will put some 5 million on the unemployment lines.

"Demand is exploding. According to published reports, the U.S. government bought nearly 40 million board feet last month to send to Iraq and is planning to buy more. "

IMO the DOW could go to the 7500 area if the above happens.
