Wayne, that is always the debate about administrations: are they more crooked or are they more dumb. Some are easy. Nixon and Johnson were pretty sharp, but very crooked. And Ford was pretty honest, ex the pardon, where I think he had to do it, but no brainiac. And Carter supposedly had a high IQ, but he definitely had no common sense. Yet, he was an honest guy. Reagan and Dubya are much harder to read. I just hope we don't find out later that poor ol' Dubya had Alzheimer's too. Though it would make me feel better about my ability to read people. <G>
