Hi Jay - I was about to post about your theory A)

In addition, as more money flows into the Japan and China stock markets, the Yen and RMB will be pushed up, and I expect more Treausries to be bought to keep the currencies down.

I kinda expect a sharp drop in US interest rates around the end of September early October...
