I watch LEN and BZH. They have both corrected 38% of run from their 12 month lows and bounced - not exactly bearish yet. Interest rates are coming back down now. I would like to see a higher low on the TNX before calling a bear in home mortgage rates. Don't forget the rush to borrow on the dip back down.

John,

For the moment we're in a confirmed bull rally, so although we can think about shorts, it's probably going to be most profitable to stay with thinking.

In a falling market, I actually think some of the stocks which have really zoomed in the last 45 months will give a lot of it back. On a percentage basis that may be even more profitable than the boys.

Still watching and waiting,

Kb
